When I
meditate before going to bed, I find it difficult to sleep afterwards
until late at night. Why is this?
Perhaps the
technique with which you meditate aggravates a form of energy
inside your mind and makes it difficult for you to sleep. I suggest
you allow the mind to relax before bed-time. Create the light
of peace and love for all. With this warm feeling for all sentient
beings, you can sleep very well. You will enter smoothly into
deep sleep.
